Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Lead with 9.5+ years of experience in backend application development and technical leadership.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, along with experience leading technical teams and delivering scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications.
Work extensively with Kafka for event-driven applications.
Provide technical leadership and guide development teams.
Participate in architecture, design, coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
