Construction Project Manager

W.E. O'Neil Construction is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects in the San Fernando Valley- with full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, contract compliance, and profitability from preconstruction through closeout. This is an independent, high-ownership role: you'll manage project financial performance, lead subcontractor and stakeholder relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Multifamily or senior living project experience is a plus.

Reports to the Senior Project Manager, Project Director, Project Executive, or other assigned supervisor. Works closely with Superintendents, project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
