Project Manager

The Project Manager leads the successful delivery of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, contract compliance, and profitability. This is an independent, high-ownership role - you'll manage project financial performance, lead subcontractor and stakeholder relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

We're specifically looking for someone with multifamily or senior living project experience for this role, based on-site in Irvine, CA.

The role reports to the Senior Project Manager, Project Director, Project Executive, or other assigned supervisor, and works closely with Superintendents, project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The right person has a clear path to Senior Project Manager as scope and project load grow.
