The Senior Superintendent leads field operations on large, complex, or multiple concurrent construction projects in the Irvine area. You own safety, schedule, quality, and trade performance from startup through turnover. You also set the standard for the field leaders around you.
This is a role for someone who has run the big jobs and wants to shape how they get built, not just how they get finished. You’ll weigh in during preconstruction, lead constructability reviews, and build logistics and sequencing plans before the first shovel hits the dirt. Then you’ll see them through to closeout and turnover.
Our work includes multifamily, senior living, and other projects where people live, stay, and depend on a building being done right and delivered on time. Experience in those environments is a plus. You’ll also mentor Superintendents and develop the next generation of field leadership.
This position reports to the Project Executive, Project Director, or other assigned supervisor. You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and operational leadership.
