Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of AI product development and customer projects.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, QA, and Customer Success teams.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project health and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and resolve project blockers to keep work on track.
- Work with Product Managers to prioritise tasks based on business and customer needs.
- Ensure teams have clear priorities, goals, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, release plans, and communication updates.
- Continuously improve project management processes and delivery practices.
- Partner with leadership to enhance execution, collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
