Junior Sourcing Specialist – Intern

Ownership and key responsibilities:
- Support RFP/RFQ process in collaboration with involved stakeholders
- Support sourcing data management in ERP system
- Actively collaborate in sourcing projects activities (make or buy, benchmarks, resourcing)
- Support development of sourcing tools and processes
- Frequent data extraction and analysis
- Daily communication and co-operation with other team members and suppliers
Requirements:
- During study (Economy, Supply Chain, Technical University)
- Willingness to develop in complex international organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Quantitative and data analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent Polish and English
- Legal authorization to work in Poland
