Wabtec is an American rail equipment company whose oldest predecessor was the Westinghouse Air Brake Company founded in 1869 to make the railway air brake, and which took its modern form through the 2019 merger with GE Transportation. It builds and services freight locomotives, supplies braking, control and signalling systems for freight and transit operators, sells digital fleet and network optimisation software, and runs a large aftermarket parts and overhaul business. Headquartered in Pittsburgh and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it earns a substantial share of revenue from services on an installed base that lasts for decades.

Who will you be working with?

Shuttlewagon, a Wabtec Company, is seeking two Production Supervisors to lead and oversee all shop operations across manufacturing, fleet services, aftermarket support, rental fleet activities, and service operations. The Production Supervisors will play a key role in driving operational excellence, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and business performance across the facility.

How will you make a difference?

The Production Supervisors will provide leadership across all shop operations, ensuring that production schedules, service activities, fleet maintenance, aftermarket support, and equipment readiness objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and with the highest levels of quality.
