Who will you be working with?

Our best-in-class quality team combines knowledge of customers’ needs with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver our HVAC, Door & PD&G products.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the quality team, you will be responsible to ensure a good quality process during offer, design and serial production phase to archive high reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of our products. You are our interface to our Customer in for of quality.

What do we want to know about you?

• 3~5 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably in a project-based environment with handling of customer complaint and return.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; CET4.
• At least 6 years technical or supervision experience in the relevant field
• Familiar with Quality Management System such as ISO9001 and IRIS and quality tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) , Inspection and Control Plan; Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
• Strength in decision making and communication, strong management skills, can work under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
• Good MS Office skills.

What will your typical day look like?

• Review project requirements, designs, and deliverables to identify potential quality issues and recommend solutions at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on project quality metrics, such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and process compliance Coordinate with project core teams (e.g., engineering, methods, customer service) to ensure seamless implementation of quality processes.
• Support project gate review and follow project key dates.
• Customer NCR resolving with positive strategy, smart expertise, and know-how. collaborate with other quality professionals to share best practices and lesson learned.
• Continuous reduction of 0km and WR field NCRs.
• You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
