Sales & Business Development Manager
What will your day-to-day work look like?
- Drive revenue growth for Power Industry products internationally through comprehensive regional business strategies
- Develop and execute account plans for main OEMs in energy sector, cultivating relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
- Lead complete sales process from lead generation to contract closure, including technical presentations, negotiations, and forecasting
- Achieve sales targets by expanding product lines within accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Maintain deep technical expertise in relays, RTUs, sensors, and related components to translate customer requirements into solutions
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with global teams at key accounts as their primary point of contact
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and track KPIs to inform strategic decisions
- Find business partners to expand our portfolio with complementary products.
What do we want to know about you?
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
Experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of technical sales experience and business development, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of success in developping business, managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling into key accounts is a significant plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% as required.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of relays, RTUs, sensors, and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
