The role may integrate sales, marketing, and service departments to provide a comprehensive view to administration and management, while daily processes remain within departments. This role also includes planning, supporting, consolidating, and measuring sales and marketing programs and the processes and systems that support them.Financial operations involve overseeing and managing daily financial and accounting activities necessary to operate the business. Business operations may include establishing, measuring, and optimizing an enterprise commercial process spanning the entire revenue cycle. This role also involves establishing fact-based reporting analytics and KPIs to measure commercial performance and gain intelligence on the business state.
Yield management encompasses data modeling and analytics practices to forecast, manage, price, and sell data services, maximizing revenue. Additionally, the role may work in partnership with technology and data ventures teams to define, prioritize, and plan the roadmap of products and technology platforms to sell and operate the business.
Business administration includes the administrative management of daily activities involved in operating the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
