Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (B. Tech. /B. E. /M. Tech. /M. S. ) in computer science or a relevant discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying highly scalable applications and platforms.
  • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Proven experience in managing tech debt/modernising technologies for scalability and performance.
  • Advanced proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Golang (at least two).
  • Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and development of RESTful web services using frameworks like Spring Boot, Dropwizard, or Node.js .
  • Expertise in messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and query optimisation techniques.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing architectures (e. g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and microservices-related stacks (service registries, ELK/Splunk, etc. ).
  • Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in CI/CD development environments and tools, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
