The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing complex models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role ensures robust financial controls and enhances reporting transparency while supporting key business decisions through detailed financial presentations. The position leads multiple projects, manages team development, and fosters a high-performing environment aligned with company values. Effective communication with senior management and stakeholders is essential to influence strategy and deliver measurable business results.The team provides primary financial planning, analysis, and decision support for Group Health, Casualty, and Property insurance products. Collaborating closely with senior leaders and finance teams across operating segments, the team delivers insightful financial models and performance evaluations to guide business decisions. It manages risk through robust control structures and enhances reporting transparency. The team fosters strong partnerships with business leaders and Controllership, driving execution of business plans and continuous improvement. Emphasizing clear communication and financial expertise, the team supports strategic initiatives that contribute to the company’s financial health and operational success.
What you'll do...
- Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend expense targets.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
