Role summary:As the Director, Supplier To Serve, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance supplier relationships and drive operational excellence across the supply chain. This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen to oversee governance and continuous improvement processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will champion transformational change and manage data-driven strategies to optimize supplier performance and service delivery. Collaborating across functions, you will influence key decisions that support sustainable growth and innovation within the supplier network, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
About the team:
The SBO Global Ops & Transformation team designs, scales, and continuously enhances the Store Back Office operating model across North America and international markets. The team focuses on operational excellence, process transformation, automation, data-driven decision making, and AI adoption to simplify operations, improve supplier experience, strengthen controls, and increase productivity. Collaborating closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams, the group builds a scalable global platform that supports market expansion, standardization, and long-term value creation. This team emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement to drive impactful results.
What you'll do:
- Lead and own the process to enable operational excellence.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to optimize supplier performance and service delivery.
- Oversee governance frameworks ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and supplier collaboration.
- Utilize data management to monitor key performance indicators and inform decision-making.
- Champion transformational leadership to guide change management and foster a high-performing team environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supplier and business strategies with organizational objectives and customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
