What you'll do:
- Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models using best practices to ensure accuracy, robustness, and business relevance.
- Design and implement data visualization solutions that effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Guide and mentor team members on advanced modeling techniques, feature engineering, and data storytelling.
- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement to maintain performance at scale.
- Drive data source identification, quality assessment, and integration to support analytical initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data science and advanced machine learning techniques, including model assessment, validation, and tuning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for data analysis, model development, and deployment.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
- In-depth understanding of business context across multiple domains to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding teams on advanced modeling and feature engineering.
- Ability to develop scalable models and monitor performance in production environments.
- Solid knowledge of statistical methods, exploratory data analysis, and optimization techniques.

Herndon, Virginia US-10710: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
