- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Stay informed about menu updates, drink specials, and new beverage trends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (if required by local regulations)
