Compensation / Budget: Up to ₹1,30,000 / month (1.3 LPM)

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (2 Client Rotations)

Mandatory Certification: ACP-120 (Atlassian Certified Professional - Jira Administrator for Cloud)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and certified Jira Cloud Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on expertise to manage, configure, and optimize enterprise Jira Cloud ecosystems across global client deployments. You will be responsible for end-to-end administration, complex workflow architecture, automation rules, third-party integrations, and cross-tool collaboration across the Atlassian stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise Jira Cloud environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, issue types, permission schemes, and notification schemes.

• Build complex, efficient automation rules to reduce manual overhead and improve operational efficiency across client teams.

• Manage user governance, access controls, project roles, security permissions, and licensing across organizations.

• Support and configure Agile boards (Scrum and Kanban), sprint cycles, and custom reporting dashboards for technical and business teams.

• Oversee cross-platform Atlassian integrations, including Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, and external third-party marketplace apps.

• Use Jira REST APIs and scripting (Groovy / Python) to automate administrative tasks and facilitate custom system integrations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on administration and engineering in Jira Cloud.

• Certification: ACP-120 (Atlassian Certified Professional in Jira Cloud Administration) is strictly mandatory.

• Architecture & Configuration: Deep expertise in workflows, custom fields, screens, issue type schemes, project templates, and complex JQL queries.

• Atlassian Stack: Strong administration proficiency across Confluence Cloud and Bitbucket Cloud.

• Agile Practices: Proven understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks to optimize board configurations for distributed teams.

• Scripting & APIs: Practical experience with Jira REST APIs, ScriptRunner, Python, or Groovy for advanced automations.

• Problem-Solving: High-level troubleshooting capabilities to quickly resolve user-reported incidents, permission conflicts, and scheme mismatches.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with global client teams.

Shift Timing & Work Mode:

• 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere).

• Must be comfortable committing to either:

 - Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST, or

 - Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
