CRM Marketing Manager (World of Warships, PC)

Job Overview

Wargaming Belgrade is hiring a CRM Marketing Manager for World of Warships PC. You'll own CRM campaigns end-to-end:from audience and channel strategy through text and asset preparation, coordinating the teams that ship them, and analyzing what worked.  

We are considering only candidates who are already located in Belgrade or nearby; the company is not able to support relocation for this role.  

This role is offered as a one-year fixed-term contractto cover maternity leave.

What will you do?

• Identify target audiences and grow product communication reach across CRM channels (email, in-game channels,push notifications). 
• Design, build, and launch CRM campaigns end-to-end. 
• Prepare campaign texts yourself, then proofread and validate them for clarity, grammar, and tone. 
• Work with the localization team to adapt campaign copy for all supported markets. 
• Keep templates channel-appropriate and mobile-friendly. 
• Build segmentation, personalization, and testable campaign hypotheses. 
• Scope and assign tasks to design, dev, localization, and BI, then manage several concurrent campaigns through to delivery,tracking dependencies and flagging risks early. 
• Analyze campaign performance and turn the results into concrete recommendations. 
• Report campaign impact and engagement metrics to stakeholders in a clear, decision-ready format. 
• Ensure compliance with communication policies and best practices. 

What are we looking for?

• 2-4 years of experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Marketing Manager, or similar. 
• Experience with Emarsys, SendPulse,Braze, Iterableor a similar CRM/marketing-automation platform. 
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects: creating tasks for design, dev, localization, and BI, and following them through to delivery. 
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with campaign and customer data to draw conclusions, not just report numbers. 
• Comfortable writing your own campaign copy - you'll prepare texts yourself, not brief them out to a copywriter. 
• Confident working with AI tools day-to-day, and able to use them to speed up or automate repetitive tasks (contentdrafting, data prep, reporting). 
• Basic SQL, enough to describe your segmentation and campaign logic clearly to the BI team. 
• Basic knowledge of graphics editors, HTML, and Excel. 
• Upper intermediate or higher Englishlanguage knowledge. 

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Background or education in product management - useful for structuring requirements and prioritization. 
• Experience running A/B tests to validate what actually moved a metric. 
• Experience coordinating localized campaigns across multiple markets or languages. 
• Experience building analytics or reporting from scratch. 
• A background in gaming, esports, or another content-heavy entertainment product. 
• Russian language knowledge.

Work mode

• Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)
• This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
