Head of Workplace and Employee Experience

Job Overview

The Head of Workplace and Employee Experience is responsible for creating an engaging, effective and inspiring workplace experience for our employees in Vilnius. The role combines workplace strategy, employee experience, culture and cross-functional leadership, partnering closely with senior leaders and key corporate functions to ensure our people and workplace environment support the company's goals.

Reports to

General Manager, Wargaming Vilnius

What will you do?

• Lead and drive workplace and employee experience initiatives across our locations, from concept to execution.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality day-to-day workplace operations.
• Create an engaging, welcoming, and productive workplace environment that reflects our culture and supports our people.
• Own and manage the workplace budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
• Lead complex workplace projects, managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, timelines, and challenges.
• Oversee relationships with landlords, suppliers, service providers, and other external partners.
• Ensure workplace operations comply with relevant health & safety, building, waste management, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace services, processes, and employee experience, taking a proactive and forward-looking approach.
• Partner closely with People, Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to deliver effective workplace solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience leading workplace, facilities, office operations, employee experience, or a similar function in an international environment.
• Strong project and operational management skills, with the ability to get things done and navigate complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across different teams and levels.
• Hands-on, proactive approach - you are comfortable getting into the details when needed while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make things happen.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and external partners.
• Knowledge of relevant health & safety, building codes, and waste management regulations.

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is 4500 - 5500 EUR monthly gross.
