Commissioning Manager

We are looking for a Commissioning Manager to support us with our Marine projects.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing activities related to installation and commissioning process of equipment on new building projects.
• Ensuring availability of resources such as manpower, subcontractors parts and tools.
• Review and monitor commissioning budgets and reports.
• Cost Reporting and project closing.
• Be the main customer interface for during the installation and commissioning process.
• Participate in (on-site) project meetings.
• Initiate and manage corrective actions in case of deviations and/or occurred risks.
• Actively participate in non-conformity before handover handling process by providing feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Secure that pre-defined product modifications are carried out according instructions.

• BSc Engineering or similar / technical background
• Proficiency in computer skills (e.g. Office)
• Strong communication skills
• Very good writing and speaking skills in English and Chinese
• Cost awareness & effectiveness
• Cultural and situational aware• Pro Active team player
• High quality and safety standard
• Strong customer focus
• Independent and able to adequately manage stressful and demanding situations
• Experience from marine industry
