Roll Off Driver

Waste Connections is currently hiring for aRoll Off Truck Driver at our hauling location in Monroe, Louisiana. This is a full-time, physically active position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. We’re looking for safety-conscious individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a dependable, team-driven environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a roll off truck to pick up and transport waste containers from residential and commercial locations
• Follow route sheets and instructions provided by dispatch to ensure timely and complete service
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance such as checking fluids, lights, and tires
• Operate hydraulic controls to lift, secure, and empty containers in a safe and efficient manner
• Work independently in a physically demanding environment, including loading and unloading without assistance as needed
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers
• Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Class A CDL Preferred, no manual restriction
• Clean driving record with a minimum of 1 year of roll off driving experience
