Experience required for successful application

·UK Experience within a public, Private or third sector UK based housing client

·UK experience within building surveying or management of a building surveying team

·RICS Competency.

·Experience of managing a team

·Involvement in business development

·A full UK driving license is essential

·Relevant UK Legislation awareness and competency
