Assistant Housekeeping Manager

For the 2027 season, we seek an experienced and talented individual as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at the Atlantica Imperial 5* in the island of Rhodes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management of the Housekeeping Department.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet company quality standards.
• Support scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in managing linen inventory, housekeeping supplies, equipment, and departmental stock.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Conduct room inspections and resolve guest requests and housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate daily with Front Office, Laundry, and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory or Assistant Executive Housekeeper role.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management will be considered an advantage.
• Good command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an asset.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Rhodes area.
• Experience in team leadership, linen management, housekeeping equipment, and departmental organization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Non-EU applicants must possess a valid and active residence permit with the legal right to work in Greece at the time of application and throughout the employment period.
