For the 2027 season, we seek an experienced and talented individual as an F&B Manager for the Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo 5* in Corfu island.
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our culinary and service operations maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind creating a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations, from the first impression to the last bite.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity. Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing and maintaining rigorous hygiene standards.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to create a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by training and inspiring our culinary and service teams. Guide to enhance their skills, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Lead by example, setting the standard for impeccable service. Work closely with the front-of-house team to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an F&B Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English with an excellent command of the language
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
