About the Role

As a Support Coordinator at The Greens, you’ll work as part of our Sheffield Accommodation team, supporting people to develop the skills, confidence and stability they need to live independently and move towards sustained accommodation.

You’ll provide practical, person-centred housing and recovery support, working with individuals to understand their needs, manage risks and develop achievable support plans. • Deliver housing, tenancy readiness and recovery-focused group sessions.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and records on relevant systems.
  • Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding and risk concerns.
  • Work closely with colleagues, external agencies and other professionals to provide joined-up support.
  • Attend multi-agency meetings and undertake outreach where required.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need

  • Experience supporting people with housing, recovery or other complex needs, or relevant transferable experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships.
  • An understanding of safeguarding, risk management and person-centred support.
  • Good organisation and record keeping skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when required.

At Waythrough, we believe in providing comprehensive training to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge necessary to fulfil their roles. So, if you have a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives but lack some of the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.
