- At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, agentic development platforms and MCP-based tooling and integrations
- Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling
- Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures
- Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments
- English level of B2 or higher
- Availability for Remote model based in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit)
