We’re looking to hire an Account Director with influencer marketing experience to lead some of our most ambitious work. An opportunity with scale, pace, and massive creative potential, it requires someone with bounds of energy, expert problem-solving skills, and an inherent passion for social-first creative. As an Account Director, you will command the room, lead client relationships, and approach all tasks strategically with the right amount of hustle to push boundaries and set your team up for success. You won't do this alone, you’ll partner closely with internal Strategy, Creative, Editorial, and Production teams to harness the power of social.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings with purpose and productivity by deeply understanding the client’s business and category. Provide day-to-day direction, anticipate opportunities and problems, and actively mitigate risks.
• Act as a trusted partner and leader to your clients and internal teams. Earn respect through open, honest communication, integrity, and a positive force that drives team culture.
• Serve as an advocate for creative excellence. Bring a thorough understanding of social platforms, paid media, and measurement to challenge the status quo and build on out-of-the-box ideas.
• End-to-end oversight of creator and talent partnerships, including identification, briefing, negotiation, and maintaining strong industry relationships.
• Accurately forecast revenue, manage budgets, estimate costs, and negotiate effectively. Identify opportunities to expand client scope and drive growth.
• Nurture, mentor, and bring out the best in a multidisciplinary team with a flexible, versatile approach.

Who You Are

• You have 7-9 years of experience, preferably in a creative or social agency.
• You bring solid experience in creator and influencer management, including identifying, briefing, and managing talent relationships.
• You possess strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resourcing.
• You are a proactive self-starter who can command a room and navigate senior stakeholders, but is equally ready to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.
• Experience across a broad range of categories.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills, excellent creative judgement.
