RoleOverview

As a Premium Enterprise Delivery Manager, you will lead large merchant implementations and premium delivery programmesfrominitiationtocompletion.Youwillberesponsibleforensuringsuccessfulprojectdelivery,strongstakeholderengagement,operationalexcellence,andaconsistentlyhighcustomerexperiencewhiledrivingefficientandscalabledeploymentoutcomes.

• Leadlargemerchantimplementationsandpremiumdeliveryprogrammesfromplanningthroughdeployment.
• Actastheprimaryoperationalpointofcontactforassignedenterprisecustomers.
• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeycustomerstakeholders.
• Managecustomerissues,risks,andescalationsthroughtosuccessfulresolution.
• Drivecustomersatisfactionandcontinuousimprovementacrossallengagements.
• Establisheffectiveprojectgovernance,includingreporting,RAIDmanagement,andescalationprocesses.
• Leadprojectmeetings,governanceforums,andexecutivesteeringcommitteeswhenrequired.
• Ensureprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinscope,andtoagreedqualitystandards.
• Collaboratewithdelivery,technical,finance,andcommercialteamstoachievesuccessfuloutcomes.
• Supportdeliveryacceleration,portfolioprioritisation,andrevenuegrowthinitiatives.

• Strongstakeholdermanagementandrelationship-buildingskills.

• Strong analyticalandproblem-solvingcapabilities.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojects,priorities,anddeadlinessimultaneously.
• Highlyorganisedwithstrongplanningandexecutionskills.
• Confidentusingreporting,presentation,andprojectmanagementtools.
• Proactive,customer-focused,andcomfortableworkinginafast-pacedenvironment.
