About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Marketing Intern to support our marketing and communications activities in Poland and abroad. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, social media, branding, and internal communication within a dynamic and innovative consulting environment. You will work closely with our Marketing & Communications team and support the CGO in executing communication initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, curious about digital transformation, and passionate about storytelling, social media, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing materials

• Help update and refine brand and style guidelines

• Support the development of presentations for offers, and events

• Contribute to website content, promotional materials, and online campaigns

• Assist in the execution of B2B lead generation initiatives (email campaigns, online content, event support)

• Coordinate with external vendors or digital agencies when needed

• Help manage marketing tools and platforms

• Conduct industry and competitor research

Social Media Coordination

• Support in building and executing social media strategies

• Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content (text, visuals, video)

• Help optimize company profiles on social platforms to increase visibility

• Assist with editorial calendars and content scheduling

• Monitor social media performance and gather key metrics and insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to support reputation management and engagement

Internal & External Communication

• Assist in drafting presentations, internal announcements, and press materials

• Support the organization of events such as conferences, open days, and exhibitions

• Contribute to developing communication channels (intranet, newsletters, landing pages, digital screens, etc.)

• Help maintain clear and effective employee communications to foster alignment and engagement

Qualifications & Competencies

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, or a related field

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Polish; French language skills are a plus

• Interest in B2B marketing and/or the digital & IT sector

• Strong copywriting ability and attention to detail

• Familiarity with major social media platforms

• Good knowledge of Canva and presentation tools

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a positive, proactive attitude

• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
