Join our innovative team at Webfleet Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in Java backend/Spring Framework, Cloud DevOps to develop and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications using the Spring Framework.
Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) to build, deploy, and manage applications and services.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.
Who are you?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.
Proficient in applying AI effectively and efficiently throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, including agent orchestration and skill knowledge.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes).
Proven experience with Apache Kafka in production environments.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies is a plus.
