- Build the right media mix: Select & suggest the right channels and campaign setup based on the target audience, product, market, and expected business impact.
- Identify growth opportunities: Understand which products, markets, and opportunities should be supported by campaigns and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate external resources: Take ownership of external PPC/performance support, including our freelancer in Hungary. Set priorities, provide clear direction and feedback, and ensure their work is aligned with our campaign strategy and business goals.
- Own & scale paid channels: Run hands-on campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and explore new channels.
- Think business, not just CPC: Connect ad performance with CAC, ROAS, LTV, free-to-paid conversions, and bottom-line revenue.
- Tailor strategies globally: Analyze international markets to adapt setups based on local brand awareness, search demand, and behavior.
- Build a testing roadmap: Systematically test creatives, bidding, landing pages, and onboarding flows together with our Brand, CRO, Analytics, and Product teams.
- Leverage AI & automation: Use modern tools to speed up testing workflows and stay ahead of the curve.
class="js-anchored-nav-section-title mb-14 text-h2 dark:text-white" data-text="What makes you a great fit?" >What makes you a great fit?
- Strong campaign ownership: You can take a campaign from initial idea and strategy through execution, coordination, and final evaluation.
- Evaluate and learn: Go beyond channel performance, assess overall campaign impact, and turn results into clear learnings and improvements for future campaigns.
- Hands-on PPC mastery: Deep experience with Google Ads (and solid practical knowledge of Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
- Global & SaaS mindset: You’ve managed complex multi-market accounts and know how acquisition funnels work in a SaaS or freemium model.
- Commercial sharpness: You look past platform metrics and ask: „Is this actually growing the business?“
- High autonomy: You don’t wait for tasks. You analyze data, find growth barriers or opportunities, and present clear solutions to stakeholders.
- Structured & creative: You can set up hypotheses, run clean experiments, and turn successful tests into scalable frameworks.
- Fluent English & collaborative spirit: You enjoy working in a matrix environment with international colleagues.
class="js-anchored-nav-section-title mb-14 text-h2 dark:text-white" data-text="What success looks like in 6-12 months" >What success looks like in 6-12 months
- Our €3M+ budget is spent with maximum efficiency, clear logic, and measurable business impact.
- You’ve built a structured testing engine that continuously improves creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates.
- Paid media isn’t an isolated silo, but a key growth driver closely linked with Brand, Product, and CRO.
- You are the go-to expert who brings clarity and strategic thinking to Websupport’s and Active24 paid growth.
class="js-anchored-nav-section-title mb-14 text-h2 dark:text-white" data-text="Benefits" >Benefits
- Space for yourself: We understand that everyone works differently - that’s why we offer 7 extra days off to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Well-being: A healthy mind and body go hand in hand. We contribute 50% towards your Multisport card to support your physical well-being, while online therapy sessions via Hedepy help take care of your mental health. You can also enjoy regular office massages, plus a €5 meal allowance even during vacation days or doctor’s appointments.
- Growth opportunities: We care about helping our people grow. You’ll have opportunities to attend lectures and conferences, attend English lessons, and participate in internal learning initiatives. We also organize Health Days and workshops on a variety of topics to support both your professional and personal development.
- Support from an experienced team: You’ll work alongside colleagues who are happy to help in areas where you may feel less confident and support you in developing your best self. There will always be someone you can turn to.
- Flexibility: Home office is a natural part of how we work, giving you the flexibility to balance productivity and personal needs.
- Trust in your abilities: Your opinion matters to us. You’ll always have the opportunity to share your ideas, contribute to discussions, and help shape the solutions we build. We know that great ideas can come from anywhere.
- Company culture: Hackathons, breakfasts, Christmas parties, summer parties, Kids Day, after-work gatherings, and welcoming new colleagues - we enjoy all of this together in our spacious offices near Nivy, complete with refreshments, a terrace, massages, and excellent coffee.

First, you’ll have a call with HR so we can get to know each other a bit better. If we click, you’ll move on to the first round focused on your hard skills and experience, where you’ll meet your future teammates. If everything goes smoothly, there’s a second round where we’ll confirm whether we’re also a good fit on a personal level.
If you feel this is right up your alley, let us know about yourself. Maybe soon we’ll take our teams one step further - together with you.
