Parklife Metro JV is leading the delivery of the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport project, a landmark transport initiative that will link St Marys to Bradfield and seamlessly connect with the new Western Sydney Airport.

The Opportunity:
Employed by Webuild, Parklife Metro is seeking building Site Engineers to join our team based at Orchard Hills, Luddenham & Badgerys Creek.
As a Site Engineer, your role is to plan and sequence construction activities, track costs, manage subcontractors, interface with design management and construction delivery teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and understand construction drawings, specifications and method statements
- Identifyin advanceproject challenges and drive the development and implementation of solutions
- Liaise, communicateand plan with the foremanand subcontractors on a daily basisto achieve target outcomes
- Prepare ITPs, material submittals and manage RFIs
- Assistin tracking project expenditures to help manage costs and avoid budget overruns
- Prepare documentation for procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assistin the preparation of daily meetings, weekly reports, lookaheadprograms, etc. as required.
- Monitor the progress and quality of works by conducting inspections, taking photos, and reporting back to the Project Engineer & Senior Project Engineeras necessary.
- Ensure project delivery is compliant with projectandqualitystandards, including all relevant documentation

- Ensure allocatedwork packages and resources are managed to ensure costs are within or below budget, and contribute to the achievement of project targets
Criteria:
- Relevant Tertiary qualificationin Engineering
- 2+ years working as an engineer on a construction project - preferrable experience in delivery stations, vertical or commercial structures
- Experience in delivering large-scale, complex building or infrastructure projects with top-tier contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
