Deine Aufgaben

Als Betriebsleitung unserer Wecause Werkstatt übernimmst du die kaufmännische, administrative und fachliche Leitung und die Weiterentwicklung der Werkstatt. Du verantwortest die Produktionsüberwachung sowie die Planung und Projektierung für unsere Messe- und Eventprojekte. Mit unternehmerischem Gespür steuerst du den Materialeinkauf und sorgst für eine durchdachte Auslastung der Maschinen. Dank deiner fundierten Erfahrung im Handwerk verfügst du über ein ausgeprägtes Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsverständnis und verstehst es, Teams souverän führen.

Dein Profil

  • mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Schreiner oder Zimmerer, gerne im Bereich Messe /Event
  • optimalerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister (Schreiner oder Zimmerer)
  • tiefes technisches Verständnis und Umsetzungskraft
  • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • unternehmerische Denke und Zahlenverständnis
  • Erfahrung im Führen von Teams
