Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Production Manager übernimmst du die ganzheitliche technische Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Messe-, Event- und Interior-Projekte. Du koordinierst Produktionsteams und externe Partner, verantwortest Budgets sowie Zeitpläne und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in allen Projektphasen. Gemeinsam mit unserem interdisziplinären Team aus Innenarchitekten, Projektmanagern und Handwerkern entwickelst und realisierst du außergewöhnliche Raum- und Markenerlebnisse.

Dein Profil

  • mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der technischen Leitung von Projekten (Messe / Event /Interior)
  • überdurchschnittliches technisches Verständnis für Materialien und Produktion (Holz)
  • herausragende organisatorischen Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Sorgfalt
  • Anwendungssicherheit in MS Office, CAD und ERP-Programmen
  • Ausbildung im Holzhandwerk von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Deutsch C1 Niveau
