We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support client relationships, campaign execution, and day-to-day account operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, or campaign coordination, with an interest in e-commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate commerce, or digital marketing.

This role is suited to someone with strong communication and organisational skills who can coordinate across teams, manage multiple priorities, track campaign performance, and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine client queries, updates, and follow-ups.
• Develop a clear understanding of client businesses, objectives, campaign goals, and expectations.
• Translate client briefs into campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate with partnership, creator, operations, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Track campaign progress, monitor deadlines, and proactively flag delays, risks, or execution challenges.
• Assist in tracking revenue, GMV, campaign performance, and other key business metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, account updates, and review documentation.
• Analyse basic performance trends and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain account trackers, meeting notes, action items, campaign records, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and meet client commitments.
• Escalate significant client concerns, delivery risks, and commercial issues to senior team members when required.
• Take increasing ownership of account coordination and campaign execution as experience develops.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, or a related role.
• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or campaign management is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional client relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with reliable follow-through on tasks and commitments.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, performance metrics, and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the confidence to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and gradually assume independent responsibility for client accounts.
• Experience in startups, agencies, e-commerce businesses, creator-economy platforms, or digital marketing environments is desirable.
