We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Brand Reputation, SEO & PR Manager to own and strengthen the organisation’s digital reputation across search engines, online platforms, media, and customer communities.

This is a hands-on role focused on building a strong, authoritative, and resilient digital presence. You will take ownership of the brand’s search visibility, develop high-authority content and PR initiatives, strengthen positive brand narratives, and proactively identify and address reputation risks.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), digital PR, online reputation management, content strategy, and crisis response with a strong bias toward measurable execution.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and continuously improve the brand's Page One search presence across Google and other relevant search ecosystems.
• Develop strategies to ensure top search results are dominated by authoritative, accurate, and trusted brand or third-party properties.
• Claim, optimise, maintain, and regularly refresh profiles across LinkedIn, Medium, industry directories, review platforms, and other high-authority websites.
• Monitor brand search results, online mentions, reviews, media coverage, and reputation signals across relevant digital channels.
• Develop and publish high-quality, SEO-optimised content designed to strengthen positive brand narratives and improve search visibility.
• Build a content defence strategy that supports reputation protection through authoritative websites, editorial content, digital PR, and organic search.
• Develop relationships with journalists, industry publications, influencers, and high-authority websites to secure relevant press mentions, guest posts, and earned media opportunities.
• Develop rapid-response content and PR strategies when reputation risks or negative narratives emerge.
• Coordinate multiple content assets and distribution channels to strengthen positive search visibility during reputation challenges.
• Build and grow a genuine customer advocacy community that encourages satisfied customers to share authentic experiences.
• Work with Customer Success and other teams to identify brand advocates and develop appropriate advocacy initiatives.
• Encourage positive customer stories, reviews, testimonials, and community participation while maintaining authenticity and compliance with platform policies.
• Develop and maintain reputation monitoring systems using tools such as Google Alerts, Mention, Brand24, or similar platforms.
• Identify emerging reputation risks, negative narratives, search trends, and potential digital threats.
• Track SEO, reputation, content, media, and search performance metrics and use insights to improve strategy.
• Research developments in SEO, AI search, LLM-driven discovery, GEO, digital PR, and reputation management.
• Adapt strategies proactively as search algorithms, platform policies, AI search behaviour, and online trends evolve.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align reputation, SEO, content, customer experience, and communications initiatives.
• Develop scalable processes and systems that improve the organisation's ability to protect and strengthen its digital reputation.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in online reputation management, SEO, digital PR, brand communications, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of improving and managing brand visibility and reputation across search results.
• Strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, technical search fundamentals, and search reputation management.
• Practical understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search, LLM discovery, and emerging search behaviour.
• Experience developing high-authority content strategies and securing relevant digital PR or media placements.
• Strong understanding of online reputation risks, search result management, brand monitoring, and crisis response.
• Experience using reputation and monitoring platforms such as Google Alerts, Mention, Brand24, or equivalent tools.
• Proven ability to respond quickly and strategically to reputation threats and emerging issues.
• Strong content development and editorial judgement with the ability to create compelling, credible, and search-optimised content.
• Experience building relationships with journalists, publications, industry websites, communities, or other external stakeholders.
• Understanding of customer advocacy, community building, reviews, testimonials, and authentic brand storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret search, content, reputation, and engagement data.
• Highly proactive and execution-oriented, with the ability to move quickly from strategy to implementation.
• Strong research skills and a willingness to continuously experiment with emerging SEO, AI, and digital reputation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong judgement, discretion, resilience, and ownership when handling sensitive brand and reputation matters.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and communicating reputation risks, opportunities, priorities, and results clearly.
