We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Product & Technology Professional to help build and scale a next-generation quick-commerce platform focused on serving the evolving needs of parents and families.

The role is suited for a high-ownership professional who is comfortable operating in a 0→1 environment, solving complex problems, and working across product, technology, operations, and business functions. You will play a key role in shaping scalable solutions, building new capabilities from the ground up, and contributing to a fast-growing consumer technology platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with strategic thinking, thrives in ambiguity, and is motivated by the opportunity to build products and systems that can create meaningful customer impact at scale.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of strategic product, technology, or business initiatives from conception through execution.
• Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to identify customer problems and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Drive 0→1 initiatives, including problem discovery, solution design, execution, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Develop scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support rapid business growth.
• Use customer insights, operational data, and business metrics to identify opportunities and drive informed decisions.
• Solve complex problems involving customer experience, technology, operations, fulfilment, and business scalability.
• Define priorities, establish execution plans, and ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with technology and product teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Identify operational and product bottlenecks and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor outcomes and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Continuously experiment, learn, and iterate to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Contribute to the development of a high-performance, ownership-driven culture within a rapidly evolving organisation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in product, technology, strategy, consulting, operations, business, or a related high-growth environment.
• Experience working in startups, consumer technology, e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or other technology-driven businesses is preferred.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in 0→1 and high-ambiguity environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to complex business and customer problems.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them from strategy through execution.
• Strong understanding of digital products, technology-enabled businesses, and customer-centric product development.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
