Graphics Designer - Performance Marketing

We’re hiring a Performance Graphic Designer to work directly with our Media Buying team, developing creative specifically designed to drive results on Meta. This is not a traditional brand-design role where success is measured only by how polished something looks. Your work must capture attention, communicate an offer quickly, and persuade customers to take action. You will collaborate closely with media buyers to turn customer insights, product benefits, promotions, and testing hypotheses into high-performing static ads, carousels, and other paid-social creative. You must be highly capable with AI creative tools and able to generate realistic, commercially usable images. This includes placing products into new environments, generating believable models and lifestyle scenes, developing visual concepts rapidly, and maintaining accurate product details throughout the process. Experience creating advertising for apparel or fashion brands is strongly preferred.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• - Create performance-focused static ads, carousels, promotional graphics, and other visual assets for Meta advertising
• - Work directly with media buyers to translate creative strategies and testing hypotheses into finished advertisements
• - Use AI tools to generate photorealistic models, lifestyle imagery, backgrounds, product scenes, and creative variations
• - Maintain realism and product accuracy in AI-generated imagery, including garment fit, color, fabric, texture, proportions, lighting, anatomy, and branding
• - Develop multiple hooks, layouts, headlines, formats, and visual variations for structured creative testing
• - Adapt winning advertisements into new concepts and iterations without simply duplicating the original creative
• - Design around different customer motivations, pain points, product benefits, promotions, and stages of awareness
• - Review advertising performance with the Media Buying team and use results such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend to improve future creative
• - Resize and adapt assets across Meta placements while maintaining strong composition, readability, and visual impact
• - Organize source files, exports, creative versions, and naming conventions so advertisements can be launched and analyzed efficiently
• - Move quickly without sacrificing visual quality, brand consistency, or product accuracy

Qualifications & Skills

• - 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably supporting ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
• - Strong portfolio of paid-social advertisements, particularly creative designed for Meta
• - Advanced proficiency with Photoshop and other professional design tools
• - Demonstrated ability to use AI image-generation and editing tools to produce realistic, commercially usable graphics
• - Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, hierarchy, retouching, and conversion-focused design
• - Experience creating advertising for apparel, fashion, beauty, or other visually driven consumer brands is strongly preferred
• - Ability to accurately represent apparel products, including their fit, construction, fabric, color, and texture
• - Familiarity with Meta advertising formats, safe zones, placement requirements, and mobile-first design
