As a Product Manager, you will lead the vision and execution of customer-facing digital experiences, driving growth and engagement for our B2C and D2C platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into strategic product roadmaps, ensuring that each feature delivers tangible value to end users while aligning with business goals. Your role will involve deep analysis of user behavior, continuous iteration on product design, and stewardship of end-to-end delivery from concept to launch. With a focus on measurable outcomes, you will champion data-driven decision making, nurture stakeholder relationships, and elevate the overall digital experience to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing digital applications.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and maintain a differentiated positioning in B2C and D2C segments.
• Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with UI/UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Prioritize product backlog, manage sprint planning, and drive agile ceremonies to maintain momentum and transparency.
• Collaborate with data analytics to establish success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on insights.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, marketing, sales, and customer support to align product initiatives across functions.
• Develop go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and launch strategies for new features or products.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, present product status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation across the product organization.
• 7+ years of experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle for digital, customer-facing solutions.
• Proven success in launching B2C and D2C applications that scale to millions of users.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in using data to inform product decisions and measure impact.
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences, including executives and developers.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles and ability to collaborate with design teams to create intuitive interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment and drive execution with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to balance short-term operational goals with long-term strategic vision.
• Adaptability to fast-changing market conditions and ability to pivot strategies rapidly.
• Strong project management skills, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
• Passion for staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product development.
