Real Estate Sales Manager (Navi Mumbai, 1+ yrs Exp)

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 650000 (ie INR 3 - 6.5 LPA)

Age: Up to 35 Years

Qualification: Graduate Preferred

Vehicle: Candidates with their own vehicle preferred

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate business opportunities.

Attend to client enquiries and understand their property requirements.

Manage clients throughout the sales process, from enquiry to site visit and closure with the help of closing manager.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate and attend client meetings/site visits.

Negotiate with clients and effectively close property deals.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a Real Estate CP Firm is mandatory.

Must have worked in Navi Mumbai market.

Should have handled the journey from calling > attending the client > closing the deal.

Should have decent English communication skills with good Hindi/Marathi communication.

Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Should be target-oriented, confident and sales-driven.

Candidates with their own vehicle are preferred.
