We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and scale robust automated testing solutions for complex software applications.

The role focuses on building reliable automation frameworks, shared testing libraries, API automation, and scalable test infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering and QA teams to improve test coverage, execution efficiency, release confidence, and overall software quality.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance UI automation solutions using Playwright and Selenium.
• Architect reusable testing libraries and shared automation components for multiple engineering teams.
• Develop robust API automation frameworks and automated validation strategies.
• Implement distributed and parallel test execution to improve test efficiency and feedback cycles.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Configure and maintain automation workflows using GitHub Actions and related tooling.
• Design scalable test infrastructure capable of supporting growing application and testing requirements.
• Improve test execution speed, reliability, stability, and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve automation framework, infrastructure, and test execution issues.
• Establish coding standards, framework guidelines, and automation best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other technical stakeholders to improve overall product quality.
• Review automation code and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in automation architecture, framework development, and testing practices.
• Evaluate new automation technologies and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test strategy, coverage, tooling, and engineering processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, or quality engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and TypeScript.
• Advanced experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• Proven experience designing and architecting scalable test automation frameworks.
• Experience developing reusable testing libraries or shared frameworks adopted by multiple teams.
• Strong experience with API automation and automated service-level testing.
• Hands-on experience with distributed and parallel test execution.
• Strong understanding of scalable test infrastructure, automation architecture, and framework design principles.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and Git-based development workflows.
• Excellent understanding of testability, maintainability, reliability, and automation best practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify root causes of complex automation issues.
• Experience working closely with software engineers, QA teams, DevOps, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
