We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to contribute to a fast-growing fintech and digital lending environment focused on delivering instant personal loan solutions to salaried professionals across India.

The role is suited for someone who understands the dynamics of digital lending, financial technology, customer journeys, and technology-enabled financial services. You will contribute to building scalable solutions and processes that support efficient loan origination, customer experience, risk management, and business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to initiatives supporting the digital personal lending lifecycle, from customer acquisition and application through approval, disbursement, and servicing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Support improvements to digital lending processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows.
• Analyze business and customer requirements to identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on the development and enhancement of fintech solutions.
• Support initiatives involving customer onboarding, loan applications, credit processes, documentation, and digital servicing.
• Work closely with Risk and Credit teams to support efficient and compliant lending processes.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to process documentation, business requirements, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve process, product, technology, and customer-related issues.
• Support testing, implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of new products and process enhancements.
• Monitor key operational and business metrics and contribute to performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of fintech, digital lending, customer expectations, and evolving industry practices.
• Ensure activities are aligned with applicable internal controls, risk requirements, and operational standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of professional experience in fintech, digital lending, banking, financial services, technology, product, operations, business analysis, or a related field.
• Understanding of digital lending and financial technology ecosystems.
• Exposure to personal loans, consumer lending, loan origination, credit processes, or digital financial products is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business and operational requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Risk, Credit, Operations, Finance, or Customer Experience.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and technology-enabled financial services.
• Good knowledge of process documentation, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment with changing priorities.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage responsibilities and drive tasks to completion.
• Good attention to detail, organisation, and execution discipline.
• Exposure to data analysis, dashboards, SQL, automation, APIs, or digital product environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
