Motion Graphic Designer

Job overview:

A. Digital Asset Creation

• Design visually stunning assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), web banners, email newsletters, and ad creatives.
• Develop cohesive visual identities, ensuring all graphics align with brand guidelines (typography, color, tone).
• Create marketing collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Photo manipulation and retouching using Photoshop.

B. Motion Graphics & Video Editing

• Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) using fast-paced editing styles.
• Create high-quality motion graphics for explainer videos, logo animations, and kinetic typography.
• Edit raw footage into polished deliverables, handling color correction, sound design, and syncing.

C. Creative Efficiency

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets and templates for the team.

Optional / Bonus Responsibilities

• AI Exploration: Experiment with AI tools (like Midjourney or Photoshop Generative Fill) to generate ideas, storyboards, or background elements during the brainstorming phase.
• Workflow Automation: Use AI tools to assist with repetitive tasks (e.g., auto-captioning videos or upscaling low-res images) to work faster.

Purpose of role:

Responsible for creating engaging digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and online platforms, including graphics, banners, and short-form videos. The role also involves motion graphics, video editing, and ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines while managing multiple creative projects.

Job requirement

Essential Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is non-negotiable.
• Motion Tools: Familiarity with CapCut (for rapid social editing) is highly desired.
• Design Principles: Strong grasp of composition, color theory, and typography.
• Portfolio: A link to a portfolio or showreel demonstrating both static design and motion graphics work.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML).

•Experience with 3D elements (Blender/Cinema 4D) is a plus but not expected.
