JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the experiences our clients use to power their corporate wellness programs-from program configuration to reporting to surface insights that show real impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to define and then execute our product roadmap to meet market demands, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the overall success of the company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product discovery, product launches, and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
  • Drive product discovery processes, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Break solutions into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria to be discussed and estimated by an agile team.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform ongoing improvements.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.
  • Demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills through product briefs, presentations, training materials and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on B2B or B2BC SaaS products.
  • Experience owning data-heavy features such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI or complex business logic.
  • Strong ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into structured, executable solutions and plans.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Expertise in product discovery, including conducting market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
