Business Execution Associate

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a role in Business Execution Associate

In this role, you will:

• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
• Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
• Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• MBA or Graduate in Finance, Management or Strategy

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,Ability to manipulate large sets of data (BI Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros)

Job Expectations:

• Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking

• Ability to research and report on a variety of issues like company hierarchy building (parent to subsidiaries) using problem solving skills

• Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

• Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

• Experience in financial analysis including company assessment (leverage, working capital, etc.), global market awareness (currency, commodities, trade, etc.), and internal client/LOB financial performance analysis.

• Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRMs) including Salesforce.com
