Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish key processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on improving operational efficiency, timeline and resource management, and stakeholder communication.
- Propose operational strategies for assigned projects designed to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of processes, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies in compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in workforce planning and financial forecasting efforts by analyzing workforce needs.
- Develop and deliver regular operational reports and executive-level summaries that communicate engagement performance, service effectiveness, escalation trends, and key stakeholder insights.
- Manage, coordinate, and resolve clinical and operational escalations from care teams, ensuring timely issue resolution, appropriate stakeholder communication, and adherence to established service standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Customer Success, and Product to drive consistent execution across ED transition management programs.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4-6 years related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinician preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have understanding of Healthcare operations.
Job Expectations:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
