Super Retail Group (SRG) is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest retailers; proud owners of four iconic brands: Supercheap Auto, Rebel Sports, BCF, and Macpac - all leading the way in the auto, sports, and outdoor leisure markets.
Whether you’re helping a customer find the perfect outdoor gear at Macpac, guiding them to their next fishing adventure at BCF, assisting in getting them sports ready at Rebel or updating them on their exciting delivery from Supercheap Auto, you’ll be inspiring customer’s to pursue what they love.
- Fixed-term opportunity: Positions will commence between September and October and run through to 23 January 2027, making this a great opportunity to secure work through the busy holiday period.
Rotating Roster: Monday to Sunday, between 7 am to 6 pm. Weekend shifts available with high penalty rates. Rosters provided in advance so you can balance work with everything else you love doing!
Be a customer champion: Engage with our customers by handling inbound calls and answering their inquiries. Whether it's helping someone find the perfect gear or assisting with their latest order, you’ll be the hero they need.

What You Need:

Communication superstars: You’ve got the gift of gab, but you’re also a great listener and can convey your thoughts clearly in writing. Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills are a must.
Customer service champs: Whether you’ve been serving customers in a call centre, restaurant, or any other industry, you know how to deliver exceptional customer service. Your experience will be a big plus!
Availability over the weekends - this role will require weekend availability, with attractive penalty rates for weekend shifts.
- Christmas peak availability: You’ll be part of the team supporting customers through the busy Christmas period. Availability across this time is essential with no planned leave. Christmas Day and New Year’s Day are business closure days.
