Job Summary
The reception area is a central point of contact within our company. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional management of reception-related activities and will make a significant contribution to ensuring an organized, service-oriented, and secure day-to-day operation. In addition to supporting visitors and internal contacts, you will also handle organizational and administrative tasks and help ensure compliance with defined reception and security processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Professional reception and support of visitors, guests, suppliers, and employees
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Managing organizational and administrative tasks in the reception area
- Ensuring smooth and professional operations at the reception desk
- Coordinating visitor registrations and managing visitor badges and reception documents
- Supporting access control procedures and compliance with relevant security requirements
- Carrying out general administrative and organizational tasks in the reception and office area
- Cooperating with internal departments to ensure efficient processes
Education
- Successfully completed training in a commercial/business-related field or in the hotel and hospitality industry is desirable
Work Experience
- Initial relevant professional experience is desirable

- Professional attitude and appearance, along with a strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly, confident, and positive demeanor, with a highly developed service-oriented mindset
- Very precise and structured way of working, reliability, and flexibility
- Organizational skills

- Very good language skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is €33,968.00 - €43,232.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
