Why West Code
West Code builds engineering teams around ownership and strong technical delivery, not just individual roles.
We work on technology challenges where statistical modelling, software engineering and domain expertise come together to support real business decisions.
Our approach combines experienced specialists, AI-enabled delivery practices and accountability for the quality of what we build.
We are particularly interested in quantitative systems where model accuracy, uncertainty, changing conditions and production reliability all matter.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to complex analytical solutions where models are not just experiments, but components of real operational systems.
If you have strong quantitative modelling experience and enjoy turning complex data into reliable predictive systems, apply and let's talk.
