Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Vollzeitanstellung.

Aufgaben

Du entwickelst und steuerst unser Marketing strategisch und operativ.

Social Media Management

  • Planung & Umsetzung von Content-Strategien
  • Community Management
  • Kampagnensteuerung & Performance-Optimierung

Website & SEO

  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der Website
  • Onpage-SEO & Content-Optimierung
  • Analyse relevanter KPIs

Content Creation (Text, Bild, Video)

  • Erstellung von Reisebeschreibungen, Blogartikeln & Newslettern
  • Produktion und Bearbeitung von Bild- und Videomaterial
  • Storytelling für internationale Jagdreisen

E-Mail-Marketing

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Newsletter-Kampagnen
  • Aufbau automatisierter E-Mail-Strecken
  • Erfolgskontrolle & Reporting

Performance Marketing

  • Planung & Steuerung von Google Ads und Meta Ads
  • Budgetverwaltung
  • Conversion-Optimierung & Reporting

Veranstaltungs- & Messekoordination

  • Organisation von Messeauftritten
  • Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien
  • Koordination externer Partner

Qualifikation

  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar

  • Erfahrung im Online- oder Performance-Marketing

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in:

  • SEO

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads

  • Social Media Marketing

  • E-Mail-Marketing

  • Web-Analyse-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics)

  • Erfahrung in Content-Produktion (Text, Bild, Video)

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Kreativität gepaart mit analytischem Denken

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

Erfahrung im Reise-, Outdoor- oder Freizeitbereich ist von Vorteil.
