About the role:

As a Computer Science/Software Engineer you will contribute to the selection and development of the WNEXUS Software Suite tools used within the APX organization. Work with team members to intake new functional requirements. Understand what is possible with existing Architecture and what is new functionality. Challenge product owners when you request custom modifications to create standardization into the process.

You will report to the Manager of Software Development.

This position is mobile/hybrid based in Cranberry, PA.

No relocation available. Local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the WNEXUS Software Deployments daily tasks by leading discussions with internal and external customers on new functionality requests
• Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments to propose best use of toolset and support efficient Data connections across applications
• Oversee the product backlog development of the core WNEXUS Suite Applications
• Promote standardization into the WNEXUS product management process, through training of individuals and development of standard training material
• Support and deliver presentations on the WNEXUS Suite to all partners
• Plan, schedule and implement assignments independently within project schedule and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent degree
• 0+ years experience
• Develop, analyze, and document software requirements by collaborating with partners and engineering teams to ensure applications meet functional, technical, and our goals
• CAD / engineering software

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58,400 to $73,000 per year.
